Ive been looking at buying this for some time as my bike always gets mucky and I always just wipe it down. However this stuff not only makes your bike look new, but also gets rid of all the muck in awkward places! Just rinse off and the muc is gone.
This isnt a degreaser though, so the chain will still require a proper clean.
Also useful to use on cars and motorbikes and can be diluted to get even more from a bottle!
Not the cheapest product but always worth buying with Halfords offers.
I recommend this product!
I like:can be used on anything
I don't like as much:bottle emptys quickly

will the standard MUC-OFF BIKE CLEANER remove oil and grease from my chain or should i buy the chain cleaner aswell?

No it wont. You will need degreaser for this.
Another method which I use is just as effective. Get some parafin or petrol on an old rag and wipe it down. Then put new lube on when its clean.
Job done!
