Does a good job, cuts down the exhaustion and wrist cramps no end.
I recommend this product!
I like:light & handy, quiet
I don't like as much:wire sort of gets in the way a bit

can the pads be changed? if yes what are the dimentions?

Halfords stock the boxes of spare pads, quite cheap. (Can be washed though) Maybe buy spare set one wash and one wear.
