Fantastic product. Brought my car paint work back to showroom condition. Be warned it takes a while to clay the whole car but the results are more than worth it. Once finished i polished with Autoglym Super resin Polish.
Autoglym products rock.. Nuf said.
I recommend this product!

how easy is it to use, and can i damage my paint worrk if i use it wrong

It is time consuming. But no you can't damage your paintwork only make it better. As long as you keep it well lubricated with the spray you get you will be fine..
