I tried this as a changer from Redex and the difference is astounding. The engine has more power, seems to have much better bottom end torque and gives more m.p.g. Whether the increase in m.p.g. is enough to offset the cost of the product remains to be seen. But on a purely performance basis it is excellent.
I recommend this product!

Comma Diesel D-Tox concentrated fuel additive, removes deposits, cleans injectors & fuel lines.

Suitability for my Vauxhall Zafira Design CDTI (120)

I have an engine management light on my dash and the diagnostics advise that this relates to the EGR valve.

I have been advised that it may be the case that the valve may be clogged and an additive/cleaner may help resolve this problem.

Is this product suitable for use in this situation and is there a limit as to how much additive can be used in a car over a period of time?

Will this clean the EGR valve?
I have the same car and have just started adding this to my fuel. I can't advise on the valve issue but on performance and economy I would give it a try. Combined with Jet fuel, (that is fuel from a Jet filling station, not an aircraft before someone asks) it gives much more low down torque and mpg seems better.

How many litres does this treat

How many litres of diesel would this bottle treat
You add 1ml to 1 litre of fuel so the 500ml bottle should treat 500 litres.

Redex Diesel Treatment helps to clean the harmful deposits build up around the diesel injectors

Can this be used in Audi A3?

Can this be used in my A3? The owners handbook states that no additives should be placed in the fuel tank which is consistent with all other manufacturers instructions, not just Audi.
If your car is still under guarantee I would follow the instructions in the book otherwise you give them an excuse not put things right when they go wrong. In other words they could say that you have invalidated your guarantee. Once out of guarantee I think it is worth a try to see how your particular car performs with it added to the fuel. If in doubt just add it once every three or four tankfuls.

How much of this product do you need to put in 1 full tank of diesel?

You need 1ml per litre of fuel, so if you put in 50 litres you put in 50ml, one tenth of the bottle.
