Brought this as I thought it would be good to fill in a few small scratches left behind after using a wire brush on a drill on some metal. Left it on for 30 mins and it came straight out hadnt even set. So tried it again using a heater and left for an hour still no joy! After leaving it for over 24 hours it had set but that was to late for what I needed. Its good if you can wait and that its pre mixed but thats about it.

Using this spray wax takes longer to use than using a paste wax. It hazes very quick but leaves dust and white marks everywhere! You spend more time trying to clean up after using it then using it. I brought it as a way of saving time but it worked out it took me twice as long
No, I do not recommend this product.
I like:gives a good finish
I don't like as much:takes longer to clean up then using it, expensive for what it is

U-POL Acid #8 Etch Primer promotes paint adhesion to galvanised steel & aluminium.

Is this suitable for etch priming an exhaust manifold, before the use of high temperture paint as topcoat?

Or is it ok to paint high temperature paint straight onto an unprimed (stainless steel) exhaust manifold?
Cheers

No I would use the htp straight on to the metal just make sure you prep it right and it should be fine

U-POL Acid #8 Etch Primer promotes paint adhesion to galvanised steel & aluminium.

Is this product stable under cellulose?

I am refinishing a seventy five year old car and have had to strip the bonnet to bare metal.
I will be using U-Pol grey cellulose Primer/Surfacer and blue cellulose finish.
I want to be sure that the cellulose materials will not attack the etch primer.

If the paint is off the fence yes this will remove it and polish it back to normal. Use light pressure while using it and check it as you go to make sure its ok.
